Personal Injury Cases

PCMA analyzes records related to your target/defendant to determine if the individual was in possession and activity using their device during the time of the accident. A New Mexico case involving the death of a minor thrown from a vehicle. After analyzing the call detail records we were able to determine that the driver of the at-fault vehicle was texting his brother immediately prior to the collision.

Fraud Investigations

We can analyze and map the activity of a target/suspect to determine if the individual was where they claimed to be for a given period of time. An Oregon case involved a husband & wife who filed a total lost claim with their insurance due to a residential fire. After analyzing the cell phone records, we determined that the husband went to the location of the residence just prior to the fire starting then quickly left the area when his alibi stated that he was nowhere near the residence for the entire day. Their claim was denied, and they were put on probation for insurance fraud.

Child Custody

PCMA has been retained by civil firms to determine if parents are complying with court orders in custody disputes. A California case involving certain individuals that were not allowed to be around a minor child. We analyze and mapped out the call activity for the target device and determined that the particular individual was actually in another city, away from the minor during the period they were allegedly violating the court order.

Civil Restraining Orders

We have analyzed records to determine the proximity of two devices for a given period of time. A woman filed a restraining order against her now ex-husband and she was adamant that he was stalking her. The ex-husband stated that he was never near our client. After mapping out the activity related to both devices we determined that his device followed her device almost on a daily basis.
